Our mission is to be the bridge and provide support to help your parents get more comfortable with the fast growing technology world of Phones, laptops and Tablets.
Plan is to make them comfortable using Zoom, Face time and Meets etc and eventually move one on one session to virtual session so it can be cheaper and more affordable. It will be your choice and will be done as you feel comfortable.
Our service is for people who may not be tech savvy and have family members on speed dial as the problem occurs or just stress about something not working as they wait for the children or grandchildren to visit on weekend to solve it. What if your family is just as confused as you are trying to learn something or solve a particular problem? Connect to WiFi, attach photos to emails, or even simple tasks connecting your phone to wifi can be frustrating for some, and a Google search can sometimes reveal confusing information beyond your salary range. When it comes to technical knowledge, the generational gap between older and younger people is often pronounced.

1. Blow Out or hand clean the rain Gutters
Cleaning out the gutters by hand or using a blower is a quick and effective procedure. When we are through, we rake the ground and clean out all the gutters and downspouts surrounding the house. We make certain to gather every scrap of dirt and debris that may have dropped throughout the cleaning procedure.
2. Remove clogged Areas by Hand
Sometimes a specific location will be blocked or otherwise challenging to access. In these situations, we climb the ladder and manually clear the obstruction. Every time we complete a task, we take a photo of it and let you know if we spot anything that needs your attention.
3. Tighten Nails Where Possible
Your gutters and downspouts can sometimes last longer with basic maintenance. They might separate from the roof or become unsecured along the downspout, and a simple repair could help you save money.
